WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

Payments can be made through any of the following secure options:

All transactions are processed through verified and trusted payment gateways to ensure a safe and reliable checkout experience.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, a tracking number is shared via email or SMS.

By clicking the tracking link, the real-time status and delivery progress can be viewed directly on the courier’s tracking page.

Order details and status are also available under “My Orders” after logging into your account.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or remove the product from your cart.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

You can expect to receive your orders within 5 to 10 working days upon payment verification depending on the mode of transport you choose while placing the order.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Is it possible to purchase books for donation or Prasad distribution?

Yes. Books may be sponsored for free distribution (Prasad literature) as part of Chinmaya Mission’s seva initiatives. Details can be requested by contacting cmeshop@chinmayamission.com.

Are discounts available for bulk or institutional purchases?

Special rates are available for bulk purchases, as well as for institutions, libraries, and bookstores. Enquiries may be submitted through the “Bulk Orders” section or by writing to cmeshop@chinmayamission.com.

What should be done if a damaged or incorrect item is received?

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, an email may be sent within 7 days of receipt, mentioning the order number and attaching a photograph of the item. A replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after making payment?

Dispatch and delivery timelines depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the delivery destination.

Shipping Method: Time

India Post (Economy): 15 days

Standard Shipping (Economy): 10 days

Express Shipping (Fast): 5 days

Priority Shipping (Premium): 2 days

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, enabling real-time shipment updates.

How do I cancel my order before making payment?

If payment has not yet been completed, items may be removed or updated directly from your Cart after logging into your account.
