1. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns and replacements for the following reasons:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or is not as described.
- The product has a printing error, is missing pages, or has a recording issue (as applicable).
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
2. How to Start a Return or Request a Replacement

Please have your Order ID ready and provide details about the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include photo or video proof to help us process your request quickly.
3. Return Shipping
- We Pay: If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
- You Pay: If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you ordered by mistake or simply changed your mind), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
4. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error.
- Missing Packages: A full refund will be issued if your order is lost in transit and not delivered.
5. Replacements
- If the same product is available, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
6. Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Once you receive the order, you may initiate a return as per the policy above.
